Exercise Daily
Exercise atleast for 30 mins to 45 mins every day. You don't have to kill yourself by jogging, gymming or any activity you do but you should have some moderate workout routine every day.
1. Jumping Jack
30 jumping jacks of 3 sets and rest of 30 seconds in each set.
Benefit: Is a cardiovascular workout which trains your heart and lungs to become stronger every time you do them. Your heart and lungs become stronger and more efficient just like the rest of your muscle do.
Beauty of jumping jack is you can perform it anywhere and warm up is the main part of any workout, jumping jack can help relax your muscles and joints.
2. Push up
10-15 reps of 3 sets and rest of 30 seconds in each set. Beginners who cannot attempt start with wall push ups as shown in pic.
Benefit: Push up is a traditional workout beneficial for building upper body strength. Which are triceps, chest, shoulders and can strengthen your lower back and core by engaging the abdominal muscles.
There are many types of push ups like clap push up, diamond push and wide grip push up etc.. Those can be performed once you are familiar with basic push up.

3. Squats
Benefit: Squat boosts your exercise performance and keep you moving more easily throughout the day. The muscles targeted in a squat are gluteus maximus (buttocks), quadriceps (front of the thigh), hamstrings (back of the thigh) and calves.
Squat is also good for circulation and digestion. The speed of fluids travel through your body will be improved when exercising you leg muscle. Which allows more nutrients to travel through your body organs. It also engages your hips, knees and ankles at the same time and it not only improves leg muscle but also improves joint health. While performing squats hold position for 3-4 sec for better result.
